 1 kg of beef
 3 l of water
 1 piece of carrot
 1 onion
 1 tbsp of black peppercorns
 3 pieces of bay leaves
 1 tbsp of salt

Directions

Take 1 kg of Beef and Cut it into Lumps

Place the Beef Inside the Water and Bring it to a Boil

Add the carrot, onions, 1 tablespoon of Black Peppercorns and three Pieces of Bay Leaves.

Boil for an hour then, add one tablespoon of Salt.

Boil the Solution for an Hour

Let the Beef Cool Inside the Solution After Removing it Off the Stove

Take the beef out, cut it into smaller pieces and serve it as you like.
