As for customized plan, after payment, you will be redirect to a questionnaire which will be sent to doctor Nour Elmessery to review and your plan will be ready within 7 days and delivered to you via WhatsApp and Email.

Refund Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
