7 Simple hacks to lose weight fast without counting calories or training

Not all of us like to count calories or training to lose weight and I know it’s the best and the most effective way, but it’s not the easiest to do, especially if you are just an average overweight person who wants to lose weight to look good in a shirt or for the summer.


So, here’s  some of the weight loss hacks that I did when I was an overweight kid to lose weight without even knowing anything about calories or training.

1-Eat whole grain foods

Whole grain foods (whole grain rice, whole wheat bread and pasta) are better choices for someone wants to lose weight because they contain complex carbs, which is a type of carbs that doesn’t spike insulin levels as fast as simple carbs.

Note: insulin is the hormone responsible for sugar transport to the cell.

2-go for smaller Plates

switching from big deep plates to smaller ones means you will put less food than you normally eat, which leads to less calories at the end of the day and weight loss eventually.

3-Eat at home

Eating out is one of the worst mistakes that we all do because you don’t know what are the ingredient are in your order or how they cooked it, so you end up eating hundreds of extra calories without knowing it.

So, eat a healthy meal at home or if you are in a rush, prepare your meal and take it out with you to avoid buying junk food when you are hungry at your work or school.

4-don’t eat too fast

5-Drink water before you eat a meal

drinking water is very important for your general health also drinking it before a meal will fill your stomach and make you eat small amounts because you already feel full from the water in your stomach.

6-pick Low Fat products

If you are a person who loves dairy products, changing from full fat to no or low fat will make a huge difference in your total caloric intake.

This also applied to other products that say low calories like diet coca, tuna… etc.

7-Walk to your work

Walking to your work or school can help you burn some extra calories without having to do 30 minutes of boring cardio session.

So leave the car at home and go for a walk or just be active during the day and you will reach your goal in no time.
