1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
1 medium egg
1 tbsp honey or stevia

Blend cream cheese, protein powder, egg, and honey until smooth.

Divide mixture into 4 lined muffin cups.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until set.
