 0.50 cup cup milk (or unsweetened almond milk for a dairy-free option)
 1 large egg
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 1 tsp dried thyme
 1 tsp dried oregano
 1 tsp salt
 0.50 tsp black pepper
 0.25 cup ketchup (for topping)
