A Weight loss supplement that actually works!! (Proven by science)
we all looking for a fat burner or anything to help us lose weight easier and faster, but I am sorry to be the one who tells you that not all diet pills work.
according to scientific studies, only a few weight loss supplements work with a proper diet and workout plan.
One of these supplements that have proven to work is Green Coffee Extract (GCE)
Green Coffee Extract (GCE)
GCE is a weight loss supplement made from green unroasted coffee beans. The supplement contains naturally occurring caffeine and chlorogenic acid, a polyphenol antioxidant.
The chlorogenic acid is thought to:
1-inhibit fat accumulation.
2-reduce weight and reduce glucose concentrations after a meal.
3-increase total daily energy expenditure.
does it really work?
In a 2012 study
Subjects received high-dose GCA (1050 mg), low-dose GCA (700 mg), or placebo in a separate six-week treatment period followed by two-week washout periods to reduce any influence of the preceding treatment with no significant changes to diet over the course of the study.
Treatments were counterbalanced between subjects. Primary measurements were body weight, body mass index, and percent body fat. Heart rate and blood pressure were also measured.
The Results: Significant reductions were observed in body weight, body mass index and percent body fat with the subjects were taking GCA compared to the Placebo subjects.
This wasn’t the only study that proved its effects, another study (which I will link below) showed a 40% increase in adrenaline (a natural hormone produced by the body to increase performance and effort) which means more energy expenditure and more weight loss eventually.
Now, you might be thinking that you can just drink regular coffee to get the same benefits, but I am sorry to tell you that the roasting process of coffee beans reduces the chlorogenic acid level which means reducing its effects too.
At the end of the day, you have to know that there is no fat burner will work unless you are following a well-balanced healthy diet that creates a caloric deficit.
a fat burner will only give you a boost to what you have already been doing!
